Insemination Day…

I held the wife’s hand as the nurse practitioner performed the insemination.  The entire procedure took less than 10 minutes.  We were pleased to find out that our donor sperm was high in numbers and possessed excellent motility.  Both things I never thought I would be thinking or worrying about in my lifetime.

We are both so excited.  Aside from minor cramping, the wife is feeling well.  I made her spend the rest of the day curled up in the hammock with a book.  We just spent over $1000 to get her pregnant, so I figured she should rest up and let her body get to it.
